Connect Using a Join Code: Mobile

Please Note: Join Codes are provided by organizations (schools, colleges, camps, etc)

Connect using a Join Code:

There are three types of codes that you may hear. A "Join Code", a "Group Code" and a "Personal Code". All three work the same way with slightly different results:

1. Join Code: Entering this will make you a connection of an organization and add that organization to your profile page.

2. Group Code: Entering this will make you a member of a group at an organization and also make you a connection of that organization and add that organization to your profile page.

3. Personal Code: Entering this will send a request to become a connection of another person.

Where to enter a code:

From the login page

1) When you first login select "Join with code"

2) A pop-up will appear. Type or copy and paste your code into the box. Codes are case sensitive.

3) Once your whole code has been entered it will show as a valid code with a green check mark. If it shows red, your code is invalid and needs to be re-entered or re-confirmed with the owner.

4) click "Join"

From your Connection page:

1) Click on your Connections icon at the bottom of your screen

2) One your Connections home page you will see the ability to enter a Code.

3) Click/tap "Join with code"

4) A pop-up will appear. Type or copy and paste your code into the box. Codes are case sensitive.

3) Once your whole code has been entered it will show as a valid code with a green check mark. If it shows red, your code is invalid and needs to be re-entered or re-confirmed with the owner.
